Beverley Bryann was born in Vancouver, Canada, and moved to the United States with her show business family at the age of 4. Her father was an accomplished big band drummer. Her mother was a professional dancer who tapped her well-synchronized precision tootsies while seven months pregnant with Beverley. Therefore, Beverley claims no responsibility for her meddling and overall behavior in collecting “The Best Cocktail Hour Stories, Volume 1.” In a business career that spanned over a few decades, Beverley was able to “walk the walk, and talk the talk” with the Big Boys, and a myriad of Not-So-Big Boys. Several of the Boys are included in the life stories about the rich and famous and not so rich and obscure. Many times, the obscure are funnier – less responsibilities. Dubbing herself a raconteur, or just a plain ole tattle-tale, Beverley has brought forth the age-old pastime of telling stories while enjoying a glass of wine, or two, or three. This Volume I begs for Volume II. Beverley is currently developing Volume II, and seeks the assistance of cocktail or happy hour enthusiasts who find this concept amusing and have stories of their own to contribute. There’s nothing like memorializing one’s own story in a world class real life stories collection.

Beverley lives in Dallas, Texas, and plans to continue her not so literary career in the land of big buckles, big hair, big trucks, and even bigger stories. So, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy.
